Jump Starter
Troubleshooting
If any of the following situations, the jump starter will alarm and the product turns protection on.
Cautions
1.
Use the original battery clamp to start the car.
2.
Do not use this unit if any cable clamp or cord is damaged.
3.
Do not connect two clamps together when the product is turned on.
Do not connect both cable clamps to the same piece of metal.
Otherwise, the jump starter will be damaged.

ERROR mode
Situations
+ Buzzer alarm + number "9"
Reverse Connection.
-Correct the connection between the clamp
and the positive and negative poles of the battery.
+ Buzzer alarm + number "8"
The product temperature is too low or too high.
-Restore the temperature of the jump starter from -20°C to 60°C.
+ Buzzer alarm + number "7"
Over-current protection.
-Stop starting the vehicle and the safe
mode will disappear after 30 seconds.
+ Buzzer alarm + number "6"
Start the vehicle more than 4 times within 10 minutes is switched to
safe mode.
-Stop starting the vehicle and the safe mode will disap-
pear after 10 minutes.
+ Buzzer alarm + number "5"
The two clamps are short-circuited.
-Check whether two clamps toge-
ther connect or connect both clamps to the same piece of metal.
+ Buzzer alarm + number "4"
When the external battery voltage is higher than the jump starter vol-
tage.
-Disconnect the jump starter and the car battery.
+ Buzzer alarm + number "3"
The Voltage of jump starter is too low to start the vehicle.
-Please
recharge the jump starter as soon as possible to prevent battery
damage.
