detachable ozone generator that's
highly effective in disinfecting fruits and
vegetables.
NOTE
: Make sure to switch off all the buttons,
if machine will not be in use for more than 1-2 days.
TROUBLESHOOTING - 5G - PRO/MAX
Faults
POSSIBLE CAUSE
SOLUTION
The pump does not start
with inlet water.
The pump started normally
but no pure water is
produced.
The pump head is leaking.
Pump starts & stops when
the machine is started.
When pure tank is full, but
the machine is not dispensing
normal, cold & hot water.
The machine is shut down
after filling the tank, but waste
water is running continuously.
When the water tank is full
but pump is running
continuously.
Not producing Ozone gas.
Ozone air pump is not working.
Replace ozone assembly unit.
The power water level switch
is not working.
Replace water level switch.
Inlet solenoid valve is not working.
Replace the Inlet solenoid valve.
Dispensing water solenoid
valve is not working.
Replace dispensing solenoid
valves.

Insufficient raw water pressure.
2.
Pre- filter cartridge may be
choked.
1.
Fill up source water tank.
2.
Replace the pre-filter
cartridge.

One of the filters is blocked or
air vacuum in the pipeline.
2.
The reverse osmosis membrane
is blocked.
3.
he pump is out of pressure.
1.
The rubber seal between the
pump heads is aging.

Repair or replace the pump
head.

Replace the filter or release
air into the pipeline.

Replace RO membrane.
Replace the pump.

Insufficient raw water pressure.

The power (fuse) is burnt out.

Increase the raw water in the
source water tank.

Check fuse or replace it.

Hot water is not dispensing
When the water tank is full
but pump is running
continuously.
1. The child lock is not open.
2. Hot water pump is not working
in 5G- Max model only.
1. Check switch On / Off Button.
2. Mother Board failure.
Check cooling unit power supply
and cooking fan and replace it if
not working.
1. Open Child lock first and then
touch hot water button.
2. Replace Hot Water pump.
