Faults
POSSIBLE CAUSE
SOLUTION
The pump does not start
with inlet water.
The pump started normally
but no pure water is
produced.
The pump head is leaking.
Pump starts & stops when
the machine is started.
When pure tank is full, but
the machine is not
dispensing normal.
The machine is shut down
after filling the tank, but
waste water is running
continuously.
When the water tank is full
but pump is running
continuously.
Not producing Ozone gas.
Ozone air pump is not working.
Replace ozone assembly unit.
The power water level switch
is not working.
Replace water level switch.
Inlet solenoid valve is not working.
Replace the Inlet solenoid valve.
Normal water solenoid
valve is not working.
Replace solenoid valve.

Insufficient raw water pressure.
2.
Pre- filter cartridge may be
choked.
1.
Fill up source water tank.
2.
Replace the pre-filter
cartridge.
1.
One of the filters is blocked or
air vacuum in the pipeline.
2.
The reverse osmosis membrane
is blocked.
3.
The pump is out of pressure.
1.
The rubber seal between the
pump heads is aging.
1.
Repair or replace the pump
head.
1.
Replace the filter or release
air into the pipeline.
2.
Replace RO membrane.
Replace the pump.
1.
Insufficient raw water pressure.
2.
The power (fuse) is burnt out.
3.
The Pump is damaged
1.
Increase the raw water in the
source water tank.
2.
Check fuse or replace it.

Replace the pump.
When you have selected the
Low alkaline/High Alkaline
option and the Panel
displays SF (Supply Failure)
The Ionizer chamber is not
working.
