WTC-3 base unit is developed to control up to 7
thermostats and up to 21 actuators connected to the
hydraulic installation. The controller drives the actuators
according to the information received from each thermo-
stat and the system parameters settings. The controller is
usually located close to the hydraulic system manifold.

Controls up to 7 room thermostats.
Contols one or more dehumidifier with DRT-200.
Monitors dew point via the relative humidity
sensor of the room thermostat
Up to 21 actuators can be connected
Changeover heating and cooling mode
Energy saving mode/economy mode
Three built in programs
Room humidity control via a separate
de-humidifier
Pump control (frequency changer control)
Boiler/chiller control
Operation with optional timer Comfort/Economy
mode
Master and Slave Setting option
Emergency Pump stop in case of overheat.
Connection possible to a Building Management
System (BMS) via BUS
Software to test, update and presetting datas
5.2.1. Placing and connecting power
Mount the WTC-3 within 0,8 meter of the
actuators. If this is not possible, you will need
to extend the actuator wires.
Use a standard electrical box to install

N: Before wiring, disconnect the electrical power to the
system to prevent electrical shock and damage to the device.
5.2.2. Connect two or more WTC-3 together :
Master and Slave WTC-3
Turn all DIP switch to upward position that
means :0
This settings will define the master WTC-3
The Slave WTC-3 must have different settings
like 1,2,3...
The last Slave has to be closed with the BUS
switch. Turn it to the corner. See below picture
