STORAGE & TRANSPORT
The following steps should be taken to prepare your machine for storage.
CAUTION
The motor must have completely cooled down before storing.
NOTE: When storing any type of power equipment in an unventilated or material storage shed,

Care should be taken to rust-proof the equipment. Using a light oil or silicone, coat the equipment,
especially cables and all moving parts.
•
Be careful not to bend or kink cables.
•
Keep the shredder in a dry place out of children’s reach. Do not cover the shredder in nylon bags, as
moisture may develop.
MAINTENANCE INFORMATION
Please note that the following parts of this product are subject to normal or natural wear and that the fol-
lowing parts are therefore also required for use as consumables.
Wear & Tear parts*: Carbon brushes, knives, roller (* Not necessarily included in the scope of delivery!)
DISPOSAL & RECYCLING
The equipment is supplied in packaging to prevent it from being damaged in transit. The raw materials in this
packaging can be reused or recycled. The equipment and its accessories are made of various types of material,
such as metal and plastic. Defective components must be disposed of as special waste. Ask your dealer or your
local council.
