Next, the cutter is rotated and the blade insert is placed
in the cutter blade with no insert. When inserting, make
sure that the blade insert does not twist.
If the blade inserts cannot be inserted by hand, use the
soft-head hammer (see figure 3).

The roll pins are located using a punch and light blows
