positioned so that the Slab Grab JUMBO II is not standing slanted after the lifting procedure is accomplished. Stiff jolts are not
permitted!
Caution! Danger!
Standing or walking under suspended load is prohibited!
Now the Stone Block can be raised up to the suitable transporting position. During lifting avoid at all costs any stiff jolts!
During transporting no shocks are permitted and at the same time the Stone Block may not swing. Other than this, the Stone Block
must be secured accordingly and a suitable path of travel must be pre-selected!
Make certain that the ground surface on which the Stone Block is to be deposited possesses adequate carrying strength!
Caution! Danger!
As soon as the Stone Block is laying on the surface foundation, the Grab Slab JUMBO II begins to open!
The Stone Block could at the same time fall over! The Stone Block must be secured against falling over
before hand!
It is therefore essential that the Stone Block when being lowered will be secured against falling down. As soon as the Stone Block
is situated on the ground, the Slab Grab JUMBO II begins to open simultaneously! A jolting lowering process is not permissible!
The Grab Slab JUMBO II is to be lowered completely and the safety device is to be once again inserted!
The Slab Grab JUMBO II is now secured and can be raised cautiously in the upward direction with the hoisting device.
7 Maintenance
The Slab Grab JUMBO II requires regular maintenance.
The Slab Grab JUMBO II is a load suspension device! The Contractor, who implements the Slab Grab
JUMBO II; must ensure that the Slab Grab JUMBO II is to be tested in yearly intervals through an expert
duly qualified to carry out such a test! (§ 23, Abs. 2, BGV D6)
The next Test Schedule for the Slab Grab JUMBO II is indicated on the yellow label „Next Testing
Date“(e.g. April 2004).
Repairs and welding (Danger of poisoning!) may only be carried out by persons who have the
necessary knowledge and abilities to perform the same.
You may wish to have your Grab Slab JUMBO II checked by a competent authorized person from Messrs. WEHA-Ludwig Werwein
GmbH in Königsbrunn. Please ask us accordingly!
Strict attention must be devoted to the Safety Regulations outlined in Chapter.

Work carefully with the Grab Slab JUMBO II to ensure a long work life. Excessive stress can reduce the working life span.
