Repairs to OXYWAY Click
6. Align the orifice plate assembly
in the cover assembly
.
When doing so, note: The bores in the multistep flow selector
,
the bore in the orifice plate
, and the grooved pin in the holder
for the orifice plate
must be in a straight line.
7. Carefully place the cover assembly
and the orifice plate
assembly
back onto the clamping device for cover
assembly
When doing so, note: The position of the orifice plate assembly
must not change.
8. Insert the needle
.
9. Insert the sliding ring
10.Insert the springs
11.Place the balls
on the springs
12.Place the multistep flow selector
on the cover assembly
with the needle
, sliding ring
, springs
and balls
When doing so, note: The "0" on the multistep flow selector
must be at the level of the needle
.
13.Fix the multistep flow selector
in place using the clamping
device for cover assembly
14.Use the Allen key to tightly screw in the threaded pin
on the
multistep flow selector
.
15.Loosen the fastening on the clamping device for cover
assembly
16.Remove the multistep flow selector assembly
from the
clamping device for cover assembly
.
17.Check the alignment of the orifice plate assembly
in the
multistep flow selector assembly
.
