Repairs to OXYWAY Click
22.Turn the multistep flow selector
with inhalation outlet
around 30° counter-clockwise by hand in order to reach the desired
position after tightly screwing on.
23.Place the special gripping pliers
on the union nut
in place.
24.Place the 16 Nm torque wrench onto the inhalation outlet
25.Tighten the multistep flow selector
with inhalation outlet
using the special gripping pliers
and the 16 Nm torque wrench.
When doing so, note: The torque wrench must activate in the
desired position at 16+ 2 Nm.
26.Turn the housing
with the cover assembly
another 180°
and place it into the cover clamping device
When doing so, note: The cover clamping device
must clamp
onto the housing cover
27.Place the torque wrench onto the hexagon of the O
2
sampling
point
28.Use the 16 Nm torque wrench to loosen the housing
from
the cover assembly
.
29.Remove the housing
with O
2
sampling point
from the
cover assembly
30.Loosen the vise and remove the cover assembly
from the cover
clamping device
31.Remove the cover clamping device
from the vise.
32.Assemble the multistep flow selector assembly
(see "17.9.2 Assembling the multistep flow selector assembly",
page 213)
33.Fit the multistep flow selector assembly
(see "17.8.2 Fitting the multistep flow selector assembly",
page 211)
