4.3.3 Loading and removing food (bakery model)
For your safety when using the combi oven
Before starting work, it is essential that you familiarize yourself with the rules and hazard warnings specified in the chapter
'For your safety on page 18' and in this instruction manual, and follow the instructions given there.
Prior knowledge required
You need to know these operations:

Opening and closing the appliance door safely

The weight of the food does not exceed the maximum loading weight.
■
The food containers have the correct dimensions to fit.
■
The loading trolley handle has been removed. (Does not apply to prison model)
■
The parking brakes have been engaged on the loading trolley.
Placing food in the combi oven (bakery model)
1.
Lift up the shelf-securing bar at the front of the loading trolley and
swing it to the left.
(This step is not required for appliance size 20.10.)

Risk of burns from hot food and hot food containers

Make sure you insert the baking trays properly into the correct rails
as specified in 'Placing food containers in appliances of size X.10'
on page 35 or 'Placing food containers in appliances of size X.20' on

Do not make the loading trolley top heavy by placing too much food
at the top, because the loading trolley might then topple over when
moved.
Place food on the loading trolley from the front for appliance sizes
12.20 and 20.20 and from the side for appliance size 20.10.

Start from the bottom.
■
When doing so, always insert the baking trays as far as they will go.
