In case of excess voltage in the onboard power supply
(battery voltage > 17 Volt), the sensor and actor
supply of the control unit is switched off, an error
window is opened and a permanent warning signal
sounds in the control box.
This error cannot be acknowledged. The error
message disappears when the cause of the error has
been eliminated. Inform customer service!
Twine tying
Interrupt power supply between tractor and
machine immediately: Pull out plug [1].
If the error occurs again after reconnection of the
power supply baling can be processed with
emergency tying:
Disconnect control unit: pull both 35-pin plugs [3].
Disconnect control box: pull 7-pin plug [2].
Connect power supply: Insert plug [1] into the
socket at the tractor.

operation of the tying": The red attachment plug
for the twine tying is simply plugged into the empty
white socket.
To trigger the twine tying switch on the parking
light (or the low beam or the high beam) for a
short time until the twine is grasped by the bale.
Net tying
Interrupt power supply between tractor and
machine immediately: Pull out plug [1].
If the error occurs again after reconnection of the
power supply baling can be processed with
emergency tying:
Interrupt power supply: Pull plug [1] out of the
socket at the tractor.
See OI of the machine, chapter "Emergency
operation of the tying": The black attachment plug
of the electric net coupling is simply plugged into
the empty white socket.
To trigger the net tying switch on the parking light
(or the low beam or the high beam) for a short
time until the net is grasped by the bale
(recognisable from the fast rotation of the net roll).
