2. Glucose test mode: You can proceed without checking any codes.
Total cholesterol test mode: Be careful to make sure the code number matches with
the number marked on the test strip vial.
3. Shake the Wellion LUNA control solution vial vigorously before each test, then open
the cap, turn the bottle upside down and squeeze gently. Wipe away the first 3 drops
of solution using a tissue.
4. Squeeze the bottle again to obtain another drop of solution and touch the edge of
the test strip to the drop of solution. The control solution will be automatically drawn
up the test strip into the reaction area.
5. For glucose testing, you can stop the sample loading after hearing a “beep” sound.
If “E-8“ is displayed on the screen that means the volume of sample is insufficient.
Please remove the strip and repeat the test procedure using a new glucose test strip.
6. For total cholesterol testing, be sure to load the sample until it fills up the reaction
zone and you hear a “beep” sound.
7. The measurement will start automatically, as soon as enough control solution is in
the reaction area.
