SSEMBLY

1. Remove the Upright Tubes, Horizontal Tubes and 

Step Assemblies from the carton.

2. Using the 7/32” hex key wrench, remove the 

three silver Screws from inside surface of 

the first Back Rail Plate and set them aside. 

Do not remove the black Screw.

3. Remove the two inner Nylon Spacers and 

set them aside. 

Do not remove the two outer Nylon Spacers.

4. Rotate the Back Rail Plate forward. 

5. Lift the Link Bar and slide it onto the non-bronze Sleeve. 

With the End Cap side facing down, slide the two slots 

of one Upright Tube onto the two pins fitted with the 

bronze Sleeves until it contacts the Nylon Spacers.

Note:  The bronze Sleeves and Nylon Spacers 

are loose. If they fall off or move out 

of place, return them to their original 

position.

6. Replace the two inner Nylon Spacers 

that were removed in Step #3.
