rated speed of the disc must be at least equal to the

maximum speed marked on this power tool. Discs

running faster than their rated speed can break and

fly apart. The outside diameter and the thickness

of the disc must be within the capacity rating of

this power tool. Incorrectly sized discs cannot

be adequately guarded or controlled. Threaded

mounting of discs must match the spindle thread.

For discs mounted by flanges, the arbour hole of

the disc must fit the locating diameter of the flange.

Discs that do not match the mounting hardware

of this power tool will run out of balance, vibrate

excessively and may cause loss of control. Do not

use a damaged disc. Before each use, inspect the

disc. If this power tool or its disc is dropped, inspect

for damage or install an undamaged disc. After

inspecting and installing a disc, position yourself and

bystanders away from the plane of the disc and run

this power tool at maximum no-load speed for one

minute. Damaged discs will normally break apart

during this test time. Regularly clean this power

tool’s air vents. The motor’s fan will draw the dust

inside the housing and excessive accumulation of

powdered metal may cause electrical hazards.

STORE POWER TOOLS.

Store power tools out of reach of children and

not allow the handling of power tools to people

unfamiliar with the tools or these instructions.

untrained users.

there are no broken parts or other conditions that

may affect the operation of power tools. Power tools

are repaired before use when they are damaged.

Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained

power tools. Use power tools, accessories and

tool tips, etc. according to these instructions and

in the manner provided for the particular type of

power tool, taking into account the conditions work

and work to develop. The use of the power tool for

applications other than those intended could result

in a dangerous situation. Please check your power

ensure the safety of the power tool is maintained.

CHECK CONDITION.

Make sure that all the screws in the concrete wall

planer are perfectly tightened. In cold climates or

when the concrete wall planer has not been used for

a period, allow the concrete wall planer to warm up

by leaving it to run empty for a few minutes, to ensure

that all internal components are perfectly lubricated.

Make sure that the possible installed accessories are

perfectly fitted in place.

BEFORE STARTING WORK.

Make sure that the concrete wall planer is firmly

supported before using. Check that no one is

standing beneath you when using the concrete

wall planer in high areas. Keep your hands away

from all moving parts of the concrete wall planer.

DURING THE OPERATION.

Do not leave the concrete wall planer operating

without having it firmly fixed. Only turn it on when you

are sure you have full control over it. Do not point the

concrete wall planer at anyone while in use. When

operating the concrete wall planer will produce

vibrations. The screws may gradually come loose,

and possibly cause faults or accidents. Keep your

hands away from all moving parts of the concrete

wall planer.

AT FINISH WORKING.

in the concrete wall planer after use. It may be

hot and cause burns. Some materials worked
