Column Material Replenishment (qty): 

If multiple bins are placed in the same 

Location within 60 seconds, this counts as 

a single deposit. 

Column Material Replenishment (bins)

Number of bins deposited during the 

selected period. 

Column Replenishment time Ø (h)

Replenishment has been achieved if the 

nominal stock level has been reached or 

exceeded after replenishment. 

The replenishment time is the time 

between the stock falling below the 

Reorder or Safety stock levels and 

replenishment. Replenishment time can 

only be evaluated if both the withdrawal 

leading to the stock level falling short and 

the replenishment are within the analysis 

period. 

The analysis shows the average of all 

replenishment times during the analysis 

period. 

Stock-out total (h) column: 

Time during which no bins are in the 

Location. 

Stock-out (qty) column: 

Number of times stock went to zero bins in 

the Location. 

Placement Error 

Shows all misplaced 

products during the 

selected period. 

The respectively available information is 

displayed for every misplaced product. 

There are the following types of misplaced 

products: 

Placement in an incorrect Location after a 

Part number has been scanned 

Placement without previously scanning 

the Part Number 

Placement whilst the SmartBox was not 

ready for operation. 

Placement could not be posted because 

a posting with a later timestamp had 

already been made. See
