Part number
The part number is checked and the data record is considered to contain errors in the following
cases:
– The part number is longer than 32 characters.
– The part number is empty.
– The part number contains only blank spaces.
– The part number contains non-printable characters.
Blank spaces at the start and end of the part number are removed during import.
Material description
The material description is checked and the data record is considered to contain errors in the fol-
lowing cases:
– The material description is empty.
– The material description contains only blank spaces.
– The material description has multiple lines.
Blank spaces at the start and end of the material description are removed during import.
6.2.2.3 Description of XML file for material movement export
The material movement export exports each warehouse stock change to an XML file. As a rule,
this is the withdrawal from or placement in (replenishment of) a bin in the location. An entry is also
exported for configuration changes, e.g. a change to the bus cabling.
In addition to the individual material movements, the current stocks of all configured locations
are also exported, regardless of whether a material movement has actually taken place since
the last export.
In some cases, the export may be delayed as a result of various error and performance
factors. Therefore a particular transfer and response time cannot be guaranteed.
In each export, the material movements not yet transported up to the start of the export
are exported.
The first export after the interface service is enabled does not comprise material move-
ments, just the location statuses.
If there are several bookings for the same location, these are not grouped together.
If the part number of a location was changed, the stock with the old part number is first
withdrawn, and the stock with the new part number is then replenished. The cor-
responding entries are exported in the XML export file.
If the bin quantity (pcs. per Bin) of a location is changed, an entry is exported with

If a location is deleted or the bus assignment is removed, an entry is exported with quan-
tity
0
and without stock limits.
If no material is assigned to locations, WERMA-StockSAVER cannot make any bookings.
No data is exported for these locations. The same applies for locations for which the bus
