OPERATING

INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE:

Before using the tool, read the

instruction book carefully.

1. PLACE THE BONNET (See Fig. A)

Place the required Bonnet securely over the Velcro Pad and
make sure it’s centrosymmetric, otherwise the polisher
vibrates badly.

2. SPREAD THE POLISH (See Fig. B)

Spread about a tablespoonful of polish evenly over the entire
surface of the bonnet . Do not apply polish directly to car.
This first application should do about 1/3 of an average
size car. For the second and third applications of polish,
repeat as above. The bonnet will not adsorb as much when
reloading.

3. LOCK-ON SWITCH (See Fig. C)

Depress On/Off Switch (6) then Lock-On Button (5), your
switch is now locked on for continuous use. To switch off
your tool just release the On/Off Switch.

4. VARIABLE SPEED CONTROL (See Fig. D)

The speed increases as you turn the switch towards the
higher number and decreases on the lower number.

5. HAND GRIP AREAS (SEE FIG. E)

Always hold your car polisher firmly with both hands when
operating.

6. INSTALLING THE FRONT HANDLE (See
Fig. F1,F2)

For your personal safety we recommend using the Front
Handle at all time.
Tighten the screw with hex key clockwise. Tighten fully.

WARNING:
Make sure the protrude (b) on the

handle locked in the groove (a) of the
machine to fix the handle.  (See Fig. F2)

7. SPINDLE LOCK BUTTON (SEE FIG. G)

Press in the Spindle Lock Button and rotate the Velcro Pad
by hand until it is locked.

ATTENTION:

The spindle lock button must only

be used when changing a pad. Never press it when

the pad is rotating.

Remove the plug from the socket before
carrying out the adjustment.
