3. Cut the plastic ties that hold the cage nuts in the
lower end of each Handrail (87, 88).
Position the Left Handrail (87) on the left Upright (37)
as shown. Thread two Handrail Bolts (91) with
Handrail Washers (90) into the left Upright and the
Left Handrail. Do not tighten the Bolts yet.
Have a second person hold the Console Base (45)
and the Right Handrail (88) near the right Upright
(37) as shown. Feed the excess Wire Harness (53)
into the upper end of the Right Handrail, while pulling
the excess from the bottom of the right Upright (37).
Attach the Right Handrail (88) to the right Upright
(37) with two Handrail Bolts (91) and Handrail
Washers (90). Do not tighten the Bolts yet. Be
careful not to pinch the Wire Harness (53).
4. Attach the Console Base (45) to the Handrails
(87, 88) with four Screws (25).
Feed the excess Wire Harness (53) into the upper
end of the Right Handrail (88).
Tighten all parts used in step 3.
5. The Console (49) requires two 1,5V batteries (not
included); alkaline batteries are recommended.
Open the Battery Cover (48) as shown. Press two
batteries into the battery compartment, with the
negative ends of the batteries (marked “–”)
touching the springs. Close the Battery Cover.

6. Make sure that all parts are properly tightened before you use the treadmill. Note: Some parts may be
left over after assembly is completed. Save the included allen wrench for adjusting the walking belt. To protect
the floor or carpet from damage, place a mat under the treadmill.
