BEFORE USING THE FIRST TIME:
1. Wash griddle, grease cup, food pans and clear cover(s) in warm soapy water
with a dishcloth or sponge to remove any manufacturing oils. Rinse thoroughly
and dry. Be sure temperature control socket is removed and socket is
completely dried. Slide grease cup securely in place below drain hole on griddle
surface. It is recommended that the grease cup be used with any cooking
application to help contain possible overflows or spills.
