The heater temperature is too high (OHH)* – M030
One of the water temperature sensors has detected a temperature
of 47.8°C in the heater and the spa has been switched off. When the
water temperature falls below 42.2°C you can reset using any button.

A reset message may be displayed with other messages.
Certain faults require the power to be switched off and on again.
Flow-related checks
Check whether the water level is low, whether something is block-
ing the inlet flow, whether the valves are shut, whether there are any
air pockets, whether too many jet nozzles are closed, and whether
the pump has been primed. Even when the spa has been switched
off, certain systems can activate certain equipment to monitor the
temperature or activate freeze protection.
*This message can be reset by pressing any button on the panel on
the top.
SENSOR-RELATED MESSAGES
Poor sensor balance – M015
The temperature sensors MAY be out of sync by a few degrees. Call
for service.
Poor sensor balance* – M026
The temperature sensors ARE out of sync. A poor sensor balance
has been detected for at least an hour. Call for service.
Sensor fault – Sensor A: M031, Sensor B: M032
A temperature sensor or sensor circuit is broken. Call for service.
OTHER MESSAGES
No communication
The control panel is receiving no communication from the system.
Call for service.
Pre-production software
The control system is running using test software. Call for service.
°F or °C are replaced by °T
The control system is running in test mode. Call for service.
*This message can be reset by pressing any button on the panel on the top.
SYSTEM-RELATED MESSAGES
Memory fault – incorrect checksum – M022
At switch-on, the system’s checksum was incorrect. This indicates a
problem with the system’s firmware (operating system) and you will
need to call for service.
Memory warning – continual memory reset* – M021
Displayed after all system configuration changes. Contact the sup-
plier or service organisation if this message is displayed other than at
system startup, or if it is displayed after the system has been running
normally for a while.
Memory fault – clock fault* – M020 – does not apply to the
BP1500
Contact the supplier or service organisation.
Configuration fault – the spa will not start
Contact the supplier or service organisation.
Earth fault – the system was unable to test/trigger the RCD –
M036
NORTH AMERICA ONLY May indicate an unsafe installation. Contact
the supplier or service organisation.
A pump appears to have become stuck in an ON position – M034
