The peeler is suitable for left and right-hand
using. The peeler provides three different
types of blades for various purposes.
1.
Fruit/Vegetable peeler with hard skin
for peeling apples, carrots, potatoes, etc.
2.
Fruit/Vegetable peeler with soft skin
for peeling tomatoes, kiwis, grapes, etc.
3.
Julienne Blade
for cutting carrots, potatoes, pumpkins,
turnips, zucchini, radish, etc.
1. Turn the rotating selector to the appropriate
setting.
2. Turn the selector clockwise until the desired
setting (No.
1
,
2
or
3
) lines up with the
arrow on the right side of the handle and
make sure the selector locks in place.
3. Use the tip cutter on the left side of the
peeler to remove blemishes or potato eyes.
Cleaning
Do not clean the peeler in a dishwasher
otherwise the blades will become blunt. Clean
the peeler carefully with warm water and mild
detergent.
Do not clean the peeler with aggressive
chemicals. Such solvents might damage the
coating of the handle and the blades. First allow the peeler to
dry before storing.
