Operating
Before first Use
Remove the cordless impact wrench and all accessories out of the
packaging.
Check all parts for damage in transit and do not use damaged accessory or
a damaged tool.
Keep packaging materials out of reach of children. There is risk of
suffocation!
Charging the Battery
Charge the battery before first use.
In contrast to Ni-Cd or Ni-MH batteries
Lithium-ion batteries do not have a memory
effect. The capacity of other batteries
decreases steadily but the capacity of
Lithium-ion batteries does not decrease. The
capacity remains constantly until the
electronic circuit interrupts discharging. The
cordless impact wrench will stop abruptly, if
the charging level of the battery falls below a
certain value.
Regardless of the charging condition, the battery can be charged at any time
without damaging the cells.
1. Connect the power supply (8) with a wall socket and connect it with the
charger (7). The power LED (10) and the power supply LED (12) shine
green.
2. Slide the battery (6) as far as it will go into the charger, by inserting the
battery terminals into the suitable openings of the charger. The protection
cover (11) is pushed forward. The battery audibly snaps in.
3. The red charging LED (9) and (12) light up. The green LEDs turn off. When
inserting the battery into the charger, make sure it can be easily inserted.
Do not use force. Please note that the battery and the charger can warm up
slightly bit during charging.
4. The red charging LED switches off and the power LED lights up green
when the charging process is finished. Press the battery locking clip (5) and
remove the battery
5. Unplug the power supply from the wall socket.
