Operating
Use the impact wrench for screwing on and unscrewing of bolts and nuts.
The impact wrench creates a high maximum torque of up to 150 Nm by
means of pulse ("beaten") rotational movements.
When screwing on bolts and screws, first turn them on the thread by hand
for a few turns, so that inadvertent tilting is prevented.
Always start working with low revolutions.
Make sure not to over tighten the bolts and nuts!
Replacement Battery
A suitable replacement battery for the cordless impact wrench can be ordered
from Westfalia:

Battery Disposal
1. Run motor until batteries are completely discharged.
2. Remove the battery from the cordless impact wrench. Depress the battery
locking clip (5) and pull out the battery pack from the cordless impact
wrench.
3. Wrap heavy insulating tape around battery terminals or enclose in a
sealable plastic bag to prevent possible shorting.
4. Dispose of batteries through your local waste removal authority.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Remove the battery before undertaking any cleaning or maintenance
work.
Use only a moist cloth to clean the unit. Do not use aggressive chemicals
as benzene or thinner, which may dissolve plastic parts, or abrasives.
Always keep the ventilation slots (1) clean and free from obstructions.
In the case of malfunctions of the cordless impact wrench and the charger,
please have the units repaired by a professional or turn to our customer
service.
