Safety Notes
Please note the included General Safety Notes and the following
safety notes to avoid malfunctions, damage or physical injury:
Only use the air caulking gun for domestic purposes. The tool is not designed
for continuous, professional use.
Only use the air caulking gun according to this instruction manual and for the
intended use.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the air caulking gun, unless they are supervised and briefed for their
safety by a qualified person.
Keep the air caulking gun out of reach of children. It is not a toy.
Observe the notes of sealants and adhesives you want to process, such as
silicone, acrylic etc. Solvent-containing sealants can be respiratory irritant or
hazardous. Work in well ventilated rooms and avoid skin contact when
handling with sealants.
Do not expose the unit to excessive temperatures or high levels of humidity
and avoid strong mechanical stresses.
Do not use aggressive chemicals or abrasives to clean the unit but use only a
moist cloth for cleaning.
The air caulking gun may only be operated by competent persons. Unintended
use or modifications of any kind can lead to injuries or to damage to property.
Never direct the air caulking gun towards people, animals or plants.
Wear personal protective equipment when using the air
caulking gun, in particular wear safety goggles and safety
gloves.
For your own safety always use the quick coupling adaptor to connect the air
tool to the air supply. Always regulate the working pressure by using a
pressure regulator. Do not exceed the max. permitted working air pressure of
4.2 bar.
Never use oxygen or flammable gases as source of energy.
Check if all connections and hoses are mechanically secured and if they are
functioning properly. Loose hoses may cause severe injuries.
