Operation
Using
1. Before starting work, check the trigger to make
sure it moves freely.
2. Connect the spray gun to air supply.
3. Adjust the air pressure according to the paint
viscosity and the recommendations of the
manufacturer.
4. Pour the desired paint into the paint container
and securely tighten the container.
5. For non-fatigue working, hold the spray gun as
shown in the figure.
6. Keep the spray gun upright to the surface to be prepared and move the spray
gun from on e side to the other while spraying. Do not spray in an arc on the
surface and do not stop moving the spray gun while spraying in order to avoid
uneven spraying – too much or to less paint will be sprayed on the surface.
7. Keep the spray gun at a constant distance to the surface.
Maintenance and Cleaning
After use, flush the paint container and the gun with paint thinner or
solvent or allow it to briefly soak in thinner or solvent.
Unscrew the paint container from the spray gun and remove the screen.
Carefully flush and clean the screen.
Use a paintbrush or a soft brush to clean the air nozzle. Never use hard or
sharp objects to clean out paint residue.
Always take extra care when working on the spray gun. Even the smallest
damage to the internal parts or jets may compromise the quality of further
work results.
