Before first Use
Assembling the Sanding Belt
1. Attach the included work piece support (8) to
the sanding belt. The work piece support
can be attached to two different positions.
The figure on the right shows the work piece
support attached to the upper position
(Pos. 1). Depending on the intended use the
workpiece support also can be attached to
the lower bracket (Pos. 2).
2. Fasten the screws hand-tight.
Attaching the Grinding Machine to the Work Bench or a Rack
1. To attach the grinding machine use four nuts and four M6 screws which
are approximately 15 – 20 mm longer than the thickness of the work
bench.
2. Drill two holes with a distance of 130 mm
and 80 mm into the work top. Attach the
grinding machine with four screws to the
work top.
3. At a grinding machine rack you most likely
will find four cross shaped slots. Align the
grinding machine so that each of the four
holes exactly matches one of those slots.
Attach the grinding machine to the work
top.
