Recipes
Preparation:
1. Stir milk, eggs and butter in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a second bowl and gradually put into the egg
milk mixture.
3. Stir until all ingredients are moist.
4. Fill dough into the baking cases (max. up to half) and bake for 20 to 25
minutes.
5. Allow the muffins to cool for 5 minutes.
6. Finally add the glaze and decoration to the muffins.
Susi’s Blueberry Muffins
– Ingredients for approx. 24 muffins
Ingredients:

eggs
200 g sugar
200 ml rapeseed oil
300 g natural yoghurt
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
400 g flour
3 heaped t baking powder
150 - 200 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation:
1. Put eggs and sugar into a large bowl and stir until creamy.
2. Successively stir in oil, yoghurt, salt and lemon juice.
3. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in.
4. Finally fold in blueberries.
5. Fill dough into the baking cases (max. up to half).
6. Bake for approx. 25 to 30 minutes.
7. Allow to cool for some minutes before consumption.
