Using
Use an external power supply (not included) to operate the LED light strip set.
Make sure that the power supply outputs 12 V
and a current of at least
720 mA (when using the entire 3 LED strips of the set).
The plus pole of the power supply’s plug has to be on the inside of the
5.5 mm barrel connector.
If the LED light strips do not light up after connecting to the power supply and
after switching on via the remote control, check the polarity of the barrel connec-
tor and the rated output voltage of the power supply.
Direct the remote control towards the infrared receiver (H).
Press the On/Off key (23) to switch on respectively off the LEDs.
Single Colour Mode
1. Use the keys on the upper key pad of the infrared remote control to operate
the LED light strip in a permanent single colour mode.
2. Use the keys (1) and (2) to setup the desired brightness in 8 steps.
Multi Colour Modes
1. Use the keys (21) and (22) to select a jumping colour shift mode.
2. Use the keys (43) and (44) to select a slowly blending colour shift mode.
3. Press the key (41) to select a flashing strobe mode.
4. Use the start/pause key (24) to pause respectively to continue the colour shift.
5. Use the keys (35) and (37) to setup the colour shifting speed.
6. Press the AUTO key (39) to select a random colour shift mode.
Please note that the brightness cannot be adjusted in any multi colour mode.
Setting up customized Colours
1. Six keys of the remote control can be assigned with user defined colours.
These extra keys are labelled with “DIY”. If you want to assign the DIY1 key
(17) with a customized LED colour, for example, first press the DIY1 key (17).
2. Then use the coloured arrow keys to setup the RED, GREEN and BLUE
portions of the LED light.
3. Finally press the DIY1 key (17) once more to store the colour.
Please note that the brightness cannot be adjusted in customized colour
mode.
