Using
1. For mounting the hook and loop
disc (4), press the spindle lock (1)
and turn the disc clockwise onto
the drive.
2. Use the appropriate accessory to
the right job and fully press down
on the hook and loop disc.
3. Adjust the speed controller (2) to
the desired speed. Always start
with the lowest rotation speed in
order to avoid splashes when applying polish on the surface.
To remove the hook and loop disc press the spindle lock (1)
and turn the disc counter clockwise.
Hints for Car Lacquer Care
Lacquer Cleaner (contains abrasive ingredients)
A lacquer cleaner should only be used for very weathered
lacquered surfaces, as they contain “coarse” abrasive particles.
Polish (contains abrasive ingredients)
Many different kinds of polish are available on the market, e.g. for
newly lacquered surfaces, for matt finish and “weathered”
lacquers, combination products with hard wax (for protection) are
all available.
None of these products should be used too frequently as they
contain abrasive particles, which remove parts of the existing
lacquer layer with each use.
The outer lacquer layer of modern cars is only about 0.04 – 0.06
mm thick.
Always work on individual sections when polishing. The best
