Please Notice! Before undertaking any work on the machine, pull the power plug!
Lubricating the Front Drive Pulley
1. After every 10 hours of operation the bearings of the front drive pulley should
be oiled. Loosen the belt tensioner (66) by flipping it to the right and slide the
sanding belt to the side.
2. Drop two or three drops of oil into each of the oval openings to the right and
to the left of the bearings. Slide the belt back into position and tighten it by
flipping the tensioning lever to the left.
Replacing the Drive Belt
1. Loosen the mounting screw on the drive cover (52).
2. Loosen the three tensioning screws of the drive belt to have enough room for
mounting a new belt (see picture).
