Safety Notes
Please keep the packaging bags out of reach of children. The
bags may become a deadly toy for small children.
The kitchen scale is not a toy. The scale contains parts that can
be swallowed. Keep the scale out of reach of small children.
Do not immerse the scale in liquids and do not allow water to
enter the device. Do not use the scale with wet hands.
Do not expose the scale to excessive temperatures, strong
vibrations, direct sunlight (high summer) or high levels of
humidity and avoid strong mechanical stresses.
Never place the scale near or on hot surfaces.
Please keep all parts of the scale clean at all times as they come
into direct contact with food.
Do not use aggressive chemicals to clean the unit. Use only a
moist cloth.
Do not disassemble the unit; it does not contain parts
serviceable by you.
If the unit becomes damaged have it repaired by a professional
or contact our customer support department.
Use only batteries of the same type.
If you do not plan to use the unit for some time, remove the
batteries.
Do not disassemble, burn, or short-circuit batteries and do not
attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
Please note the following safety notes to avoid
malfunctions, damage or physical injury:
Batteries do not belong in household
garbage.
