Operation
4. Insert the measuring probe of the thermometer at
least 2 cm deep into the thickest part of the meat
and wait until the measured temperature (cooking
temperature) is displayed under
COOK TEMP
.
The thermometer will show the cooking tempera-
ture (
COOK TEMP
) and the target temperature (
ALERT
TEMP
).
5. If the target temperature is reached, you will hear a
signal sound. Every 10 seconds the signal sound
will be repeated. Press any key to interrupt the
alarm.
6. Switch off the unit and clean the measuring probe
after each use.
Switching OFF
To switch off the thermometer slide the switch (10) to
the position OFF.

1. Press the button until
PGM
appears on the display.
2. Hold the button
S/S
pressed for 3 seconds. The
display
ALERT TEMP
starts flashing.
3. Press the button
or to select the individual
doneness temperature as target temperature (
ALERT
TEMP
) for the desired meat type.
