Operation
Principle of Function
When the starter battery of a vehicle does not provide
the voltage needed to start the vehicle or to power
consumers within the vehicle, there are still significant
amounts of energy stored in it. This jump starter is
equipped with ultra-capacitors which are charged by the
weak battery and then provide sufficient voltage to start
the vehicle. The weak battery is not damaged by this.
The ultra-capacitors will hold the charge for several
days.
Please Notice!
Undertake no more than 3 consecutive starting
attempts, then allow the jump start box to cool
down for at least 20 minutes!
The jump start box is suitable for petrol engines with
a displacement of up to 3 litres and diesel engines
with a displacement of up to 2 litres.
Only use the jump starter in well-ventilated areas.
Put your vehicle in PARK (automatic transmission) or
idle (manual transmission) and engage the emergen-
cy brake.
Turn off all electronics in your vehicle (air conditioner,
heated windows, radio, lights, chargers, etc.) to
ensure the best performance of the jump starter.
Ensure the ignition
key is in the “OFF” position in the
ignition. For smart-key systems (push-to start vehi-
cles), make sure the vehicle is completely “OFF”
before connecting the jump starter.
