Operation
1. Connect jumper clamps (1) to the battery terminals.
Please ensure correct polarity. The indicators (7) will
show the voltage of the vehicle’s battery.
2. Press ON/OFF (4), the jump starter will start to
recharge itself. Usually, it will recharge to full within
100 seconds.
3. The indicators (7) show the voltage of the jump
starter during charging.
4. Wait until the 14 V stops blinking before ignition. Do
not make ignition while the 14 V is still blinking!
Operation – Pre-Charge Mode
Sometimes, the weak battery cannot fully recharge the
jump starter. In this cast the control LED (6) will turn on
during charging. Follow these four steps to get your car
started:
1. Pre-charge the jump starter from a donator car or
battery.
2. Connect pre-charged jump starter to the car to be
started. The charging condition indicator (7) now
shows the voltage of the weak battery.
3. Press ON/OFF (4) to active the jump starter, the
indicators (7) show up to 14 V.
4. Turn on engine.
Glow Mode
In cold weather, the glow plugs in most diesel vehicles
will be preheated electrically. This is indicated by the
GLOW indicator on dashboard. The process needs a
current of 40 – 60 Amp and takes about 4 – 6 seconds.
