IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

 

 

 

 

 

Read all instructions carefully before using your new vacuum sealer. Save these
instructions.

Always use this vacuum sealer with a power outlet of the voltage (A.C. only) 
marked on the back of the appliance.

Do not operate vacuum sealer if:

i) the cord or plug is split, melted or damaged.
ii) the appliance has malfunctioned.
iii) the appliance has been damaged in any manner.

If any of the above incidents occur, return the vacuum sealer to the nearest 
authorized service center for examination, repair or adjustment.

Do not under any circumstances immerse the vacuum sealer, power cord or 
power plug in water or any other liquid.

Incorrect operation and improper use may damage the vacuum sealer or 
parts thereof, and cause severe personal injury.

This vacuum sealer is not intended for use by persons (including children) with 
reduced physical, sensory or metal capabilities or lack of experience and 
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning 
use of the vacuum sealer in a safe way by the person responsible for their 
safety, and understand the hazards involved.

This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications 

such as:

– farm houses;
– by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
– bed and breakfast type environments.

Do not use this vacuum sealer on or near a heat source, wet surface or 
unstable surface.

Unplug the appliance from power outlet before cleaning, immediately after use, 
when moving it to storage and when not in use.

Children should be supervised not to play with the vacuum sealer.

Always turn the power off at the power outlet before you insert or remove the
power plug. Remove by grasping the plug - do not pull on the cord.

This appliance is intended for non-commercial, indoor use only. Do not use this
appliance for anything other than its intended use.

Do not allow the power cord of this appliance to hang over the edge of a table or
bench top.

Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents or any sharp instruments for
cleaning the vacuum sealer. The outside surface may be wiped clean with a soft, 
damp cloth and then dried thoroughly.

WARNING: Keep plastic bags and packaging away from children to avoid the 
risk of suffocation.

Resting intervals of 40 seconds between each seal is recommended to avoid
melting of the bag and creating a poor seal.
