Ensure the plug is properly
inserted into the mains socket.
Inspect the power cord for signs
of damage.
The power
indicator/LED
display is on but
the blender is not
working.
The START button was not
pressed after selecting the
preset program or function.
Press the START button after
selecting the preset program or
function.
One of the
buttons does not
respond.
The blender system
crashed due to a short
power outage or short
power disconnection.
Unplug the blender from the
power socket for 3 minutes
to reset the system. Plug the
blender and try again.
The food cannot
be blended.
There is too much water in
the jug.
Reduce the amount of water
in the jug, or blend the food
with a small amount of water
before adding the remaining
ingredients.
The power voltage is too
low.
Use a household voltage
stabilizer.
The food sticks to
the bottom.
The cooking plate inside
the jug is not clean.
Unplug the blender from the
power socket and remove the
jug. Clean the interior of the jug
thoroughly and try again (see
CLEANING AND CARE).
The wrong hot/cold
program was selected.
Select the correct hot/cold
preset program.

The food pieces are too
large.
Unplug the blender from the
power socket. Ladle out the
food pieces from the jug, cut
into 2cm pieces (or smaller) and
return to the jug.
There is too much food or
liquid in the jug.
Unplug the blender from the
power socket. Reduce the
amount of solid and/or liquid
ingredients in the jug.
The blender crashed.
Unplug the blender. Clean and
wipe dry the bottom of the jug
and the surface of the power
base.
There is water on the
coupler surface or bottom
of the jug.
