Fuel Type
Use only unleaded fuel with an octane rating of at least
87. If your vehicle doesn’t perform well, switch to
another fuel. If this doesn’t cure the problem see your

: Higher-octane fuel is allowed. If a lower octane fuel is used it can cause a persistent and heavy
pinging, which can cause severe damage to engine.
Your vehicle may experience slight ‘engine knock’ when driving up steep hills or when you accelerate.
See your GO-4 dealer if your vehicle:
1.
Still ‘knocks’ heavily under all driving conditions.
2.
Vehicle ‘knocks’ lightly while you are driving at cruising speed on level ground.

: If your vehicle runs out of gas, try to stop on level ground. Add at least two
gallons to start aga
