Operating
Operating
Use the remote control only in dry interior locations. The remote-
controlled sockets are for outdoor use. Please note the splash-proof
function IP44 is only guaranteed if the socket is plugged in an IP44
outdoor socket and the consumer is equipped with an IP44 power
socket. When plugging in the IP44 socket into the remote-controlled
socket make sure the watertight silicone seal fits the socket of the
consumer.
1. Insert the consumer (electrical household appliance, such as
lamps, TV, CD player, radios etc.) into the remote-controlled
sockets and switch on the consumer with the device-specific
ON/OFF switch.
2. Insert the sockets into 230 V wall sockets.
3. Press the buttons ON (1 or 2) on the remote control in order to
switch on one or all consumers.
4. By pressing the button OFF (1 or 2) you will switch off the
sockets and thus the consumer.
Changing the Allocation of the ON/OFF Buttons
1. Unscrew the cover at the rear side of the remote-controlled
sockets with a suitable screwdriver. Each socket is labelled with
numbers 1 or 2. The numbers (10) are printed at the rear side of
the unit.
2. Slide the resp. DIP switch (13) with your nail or a suitable object
upwards in direction to ON. Slide the

switches 2, 3 and 4 are downwards.
3. Slide the
2
nd

2
nd

the socket with the ON/OFF buttons of the second line (2). In this
case the DIP switches 1, 3 and 4 have to be downwards.
