Safety Notes
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities
are not allowed to use the unit, unless they are super-
vised for their safety by a qualified person or are briefed
by the responsible person how to use the unit.
Do not touch hot parts. During operation the temperature
of the soldering tip is very high.
Do not operate the unit near combustible objects.
Do not work on electrically live parts.
Place the unit on a level, solid surface during breaks in
your work.
Do not leave the unit unattended while it is turned on.
Keep children away from the unit while it is in operation.
Always allow the unit to cool down completely before
cleaning or storing it.
Do not immerse the unit in liquids of any kind.
Do not disassemble the unit and do not attempt to repair it
yourself. It does not contain any parts serviceable by you.
Do not continue to use the unit any longer if it has been
damaged.
If you do not plan to use the unit for some time, remove
the batteries.
Do not disassemble, burn, or short-circuit batteries and do
not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
Always move the sliding switch into the “OFF” position
when not in use.
