The carbon monoxide detector should not be mounted
in very cold (below 5° C) or very warm rooms (above
+40° C) as well as in rooms which are very humid or
exposed to dust, dirt or fat. The immediate proximity of
fluorescent tubes, ventilators, or other sources of draft is
to be avoided as well.
