Safety Notes
This manual belongs to the product. It contains important notes on operating
the unit. Please pass it on along with the unit if it is handed over to a third
party!
Dispose of the packaging materials carefully or store it in a safe place. It may
become a deadly toy for small children. There is a risk of suffocation.
The unit is not a toy and does not belong in the hands of children.
Never look through binoculars at the sun or other bright light sources. This
causes eye injury or even blindness.
Do not use the binoculars while walking. You might miss obstacles.
If the unit is handled improperly the binoculars may act as “burning lens”. Do
not leave the night binoculars in the sun. There is risk of fire!
Avoid strong vibration and do not expose the night binoculars to spray or
splash water. While the unit is not in use, store it in a dry place or put it into the
provided shipping bag.
Do not store the unit in your car for extended amounts of time, especially
during extremely hot or cold spells or in heavy rainfalls, because the resulting
changes in temperature and humidity may damage or misalign the optical
system.
Should the night binoculars become damaged do not use it and have it
repaired by a professional or contact our customer support department. Do not
disassemble the unit or try repairing it yourself.
