Safety Notes
This manual belongs to this set. The manual contains important notes on
operating the unit. Please pass it on along with the unit if it is handed over to a
third party!
The solar cascade set and the remote control are no toys. Do not allow
children to play with the articles. Keep the articles out of reach of children and
persons in need of supervision. The articles are fragile.
Keep small parts that can be swallowed and packaging material out of reach of
children. There is risk of suffocation! Do not leave packaging material lying
around.
Do not expose the remote control to excessive temperatures, strong
vibrations, direct sunlight or high levels of humidity and avoid strong mechani-
cal stresses.
Treat the solar module as a glass product. It is fragile. Handle the surface of
the solar module with care. Punctual loads or scratches will damage the solar
module.
Protect the solar cascade fountain from frost. Empty the fountain during winter
time and store it in a dry and frost-free place without water.
Protect the pump from running dry. Always make sure the pump is immersed
into water.
Make sure to operate the solar cascade fountain properly. The solar fountain is
designed to be used for non-commercial purposes at home. The solar pump is
intended for pumping water only. Never use the unit to pump aggressive or
flammable chemicals or water containing abrasive substances.
The rechargeable batteries can be loaded via sunlight and with the included
charger. Do not modify the solar module. The charger is specially designed for
the use with this unit. Do not attempt to charge/use with other units. Do not
attempt to charge the unit with other types of charger. Only plug the charger to
230 V mains power.
