Method
1. Wash and soak the rice in water one hour. Drain and set aside.
2. Dissolve the saffron in luke warm milk. Mix in the yellow colour and set aside
for half an hour.
3. Pour the saffron milk and water, into a dish. Add the rice. Partially cover the
dish either with a loose fitting lid / with a cling film after a leaving a vent on
one side of the dish.
4. Place the dish inside the oven cavity.
5. Select Auto Cook Category “Desserts – dE 10”.
6. Select number of servings by pressing “Serves 2 / 3 / 4”.

Press start.
8. Stir when the oven starts to beep.
9. Mix in the cardamom powder and ghee. Press Start.
10. Remove from the oven when “END” is displayed.
11. Mix in the powdered sugar.
12. Allow to stand covered for 10:00 minutes.
13. Garnish with almonds and raisins and serve hot.
