Exceptional maintenance

The Whirlpool Service department cannot provide any service if the inspection hatches are absent or are too small, or
not located in the prescribed place (see price list).

For extraordinary maintenance, please approach the authorised Service Centres. The guarantee will become void if the
product is used improperly by unauthorised personnel, and the manufacturer's liability for the safety of the product will

immediately.

Detecting and resolving problems.

Problem 1.

The whirlpool does not work when the on/off switch is pressed.

5.2

Disinfection and cleaning

Whirlpool systems must be disinfected and cleaned. Riho has provided separate arrangements for the same.

Disinfection. For disinfection, we recommend that if the bath is used daily, add three cleaning/disinfection tablets

(Riho Art. no. REDIS001-), to the bathwater after your bath, every two weeks. Then switch on the system as per the
instructions described in this manual. You may make appropriate adjustments if you use the bath less.

Cleaning. In order to keep the system free of grease and organic and other waste material, we recommend that you

add 100 ml of cleaning liquid (Riho Art. no. REDIS002-) to the bathwater each week in case of daily use. Then switch
on the system as per the instructions described in this manual. You may make appropriate adjustments if you use the
bath less. Clean the bath again after draining it.

Warning:

The following points are essential when using Riho Clean/Disinfection tablets and Riho Clean Plus liquid:

- Keep the

- Avoid contact with the eyes and face.

5.3

Tips for users

In case of health problems: Consult your doctor before using the whirlpool system.
The maximum recommended duration for using the whirlpool is 10 minutes.
The whirlpool system should not be used immediately after a meal.
Bath foam (bubble bath), shampoos or soap should only be used after using the whirlpool system. If these products

are used when the whirlpool installation is in operation, a great deal of foam will be generated.

The motor is also equipped with a thermal safety switch. This will switch off in case of problems.

Normal temperature of bath water

The recommended normal temperature of bath water is 38°C.
