Before opening the container, inspect the packaging for any obvious signs of damage or mishandling.

Contact WhisperKOOL immediatly for shipping damage.

Place the box containing the WhisperKOOL unit on a tabletop to prepare it for testing prior to installing. 

• 

Sit unit upright for 24 hours. 

Note: WhisperKOOL units are manufactured in the USA and tested prior to shipment. 

• 

Review the packing slip to verify contents.

• 

Check the model number to ensure it is correct. 

• 

Check that all factory options ordered are listed.

 

If any items listed on the packing slip do not match your order information, 

contact WhisperKOOL Customer Service immediately.

safely without damaging it.
