of your oven:
- After cooking, unplug the oven.
- Empty the water tank.
- Place a flat receptacle under the draining pushbutton (3). Push the tab upward and block it
in the notch provided. Allow the water contained in the internal tank of the oven to run out
until it is empty.
- Remove the drip tray (11), empty it and clean it.
- Plug the oven back in and operate it for 10 minutes in convection mode at 180°C to dry the

Regularly, or if a large quantity of liquid has poured into the bottom of the oven, carry out
complete cleaning of the steam system:
- Allow the oven to cool down.
- After complete cooling, unplug the oven.
- Unscrew the two steam diffusion nozzles (13) and remove the steam diffusion plate (12).
Clean these components by hand or in a dishwasher. Dry them carefully.
- Also clean and dry the inside of the oven, being careful not to damage the heating
element.
- Put the steam diffusion plate back in place and attach it by screwing the two steam
diffusion nozzles back in.
