- Insert the power plug into the base of the wok, and plug the cord into a power outlet.
- Turn the thermostat to the desired temperature setting. The power light indicator lights
on.
- When the temperature has been reached, the power light indicator goes out. The wok is
ready for use.
- The power light indicator will remain on until the set temperature has been reached, and
then it will cycle on and of throughout cooking. This will ensure that the wok maintains
the correct temperature.
Note: unpleasant smell or temporary smoke can occur during initial use.

- Turn the power off, unplug and let the appliance cool before cleaning.
- Remove the power plug from the wok.
- Clean all parts with warm sapy water in warm soapy water using a mild detergent. Rinse
and dry thoroughly.
- The base and the lid can be washed in the dishwasher.
- We recommend to wipe the wok vessel in after each use with a paper towel to maintain
the seasoning of the non-stick coating.
- Do not clean any part of the appliance with abrasive cleaners e.g. souring powders,
scouring pads, or any abrasive products.
- Do not immerse power plug in water, if cleaning is necessary, wipe over with a damp
cloth.
Note : Do not let the wok on to “burn off” any food or dripping remaining on the plate after
cooking. It may cause unnecessary smoke, reduce the life of the non-stick coating and
may present a fire hazard.
