26. Replacing the temperature sensors 

For replacement of the temperature sensors please contact the 

Whitepeaks Service

. 

27. Replacing the fuse 

On the back side of the device a fuse is installed. It serves to protect the furnace from damage (see 
image on page 13). 
 
Before each replacement, the power plug has to be pulled and it has to be checked necessarily if 
the nominal current of the fuse matches your furnace. NEVER bridge or bypass the fuse !!! 
 
A non-fitting fuse can damage the furnace.

29. Remote maintainace PLC 

A remote maintainance of the PLC touch screen by the 

Whitepeaks Service

 is possible. 

 
For this switch the mode switch on the back side of the furnace into position „0“ (see image on page 
13). The furnace now is in the remote maintainance mode. 
 
Connect the connecting cable to the access „RS 32 remote maintainance PLC“, which can be found 
on the backside of the furnace, as well (see image on page 13). Now connect the furnace with the 
connection cable to your PC, to allow the remote maintainance with the help of the program „Team 
Viewer“. The program „Team Viewer“ is available for download in the internet. In case of further 
enquiries, please contact the

The 

Whitepeaks Service

 can now remotely maintain the 

Calidia Sintec 770

 with help of the program 

„Team Viewer“. 
 
After completion of the remote maintainance please remove the connection cable between furnace 
and PC. Switch the mode switch back into position „1“ (see image on page 13). 
 
The furnace is ready for operation now again.
