ATTENTION !
In the working area, the user
is responsible for the safety
of other persons !
The steering lever for the
tractor front hydraulic
system must principally be in
floating position for
operation.
Pay attention to the swivel
range of the rake shield when
working.
Check the joints between
tractor and rake shield
regularly.
Fully lift the rake blade in
the case of reversing.
7.4. Malfunctions and troubleshooting

Leg spring is fatigued
Spring flaps actuate too
quickly
Leg spring is broken
Replace spring flap
Guide is running dry
Lubricate guide surfaces
Rake shield no longer fits the
ground on the sides
Adjusting screws tightened too
tightly
Readjust screws
Check the position of the
control lever for the tractor
front hydraulic system
Control lever must be in
floating position
The tractor front wheels are
not sufficiently weighed down,
resulting in steering problems
Installation trestle mounted
incorrectly
Check the position of the
installation trestle and change,
if necessary (see Section 4.2.)
Readjust skid shoes
Skid shoe incorrectly adjusted
Fine-tune the upper guide bar
Rake shield is rattling severely
Check limit stop and oscillating
unit screws
Tighten loose screws
