9.3
Scaling the measuring range
“Scale setting” defines the start and end of the measuring range.
9.3.1
Performing a wet adjustment
For the start of the measuring range and end of the measuring range, the values will be
taken from the running measurement. The respective output signal can be adjusted.
Requirement
Measurement must be running.
Setting range
Start of measuring range: -10 ... +110 % of measuring range
End of measuring range: 1 ... 120 % of measuring range
Max. turndown: 100 : 1 (recommended max. 20 : 1)

Open the operating menu with [↵].
Select “Basic setting” and confirm with [↵].

Select “Scale setting” and confirm with [↵].
3.
Select “Wet adjustm.” and confirm with [↵].
4.
Define the current measured value as start of
measuring range or end of measuring range:
To define as start of measuring range:
Confirm “min. adjustm.” with [↵].
To define as end of measuring range:
Confirm “max. adjustm.” with [↵].
5.
Change digit using [▲] [▼] and confirm with [↵]. The
cursor moves to the next digit. Repeat for each digit.
When the last digit is exited, the menu moves back
to step 2.
With the input of current values that are
not either 4 mA or 20 mA, the pressure
value is converted into the standardised
current signals as soon as the current
value entered is accepted.
